Culturally Attuned Therapy for Asian American and BIPOC Communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, California
Holistic therapy that looks at what's actually underneath, not just the symptoms.
Holistic, somatic, and trauma therapy for trauma, cultural identity issues, anxiety, and depression for AANHPI/BIPOC Communities.
Services in-person in Santa Clara and via telehealth throughout California.
Person-centered and integrative holistic therapy for you.
Are you feeling stuck or even having a hard time naming what you're feeling? Trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship stuff, big life changes. All of it hits differently when you're also carrying the weight of being AANHPI or BIPOC in spaces that weren't built with you in mind.
Some of what I hear a lot from clients:
Trauma that keeps you in survival mode, even when nothing's actively "wrong" right now.
Anxiety that won't quiet down long enough for you to think straight.
Depression that makes it hard to care about things you used to care about.
Family and relationship patterns that keep repeating no matter how much you try to do things differently.
Life transitions, , like a new job, a move, becoming a parent, whatever it is, that knock you off balance more than you expected.
Our Approach
At Wild Lavender Therapy, I work from a whole-person approach, which really just means I'm not going to only ask about your symptoms and hand you coping skills. We'll look at what's actually underneath: your history, your body, your identity, your relationships, because that's usually where the real answers are. Whether you're dealing with big emotions, anxiety, depression, or the pressure of family and cultural expectations, I'm here for the real conversation, not just the surface one.
Personalized Support
We'll figure out what actually works for you, not a generic template, but something built around your life and what you're carrying. I want this to be a space where you can say the honest thing, even if it's messy, without worrying about how it sounds. My job is to help you understand yourself better and build the kind of resilience that actually holds up outside of our sessions, not just in the room.
Wild Lavender Therapy
At Wild Lavender Therapy, I specialize in working with Asian American and multicultural clients, but this isn't exclusive. My door is open to anyone, regardless of race, culture, religion, sexuality, gender identity, disability, or immigration status. You are welcomed here. If any of this resonates, I invite you to reach out.

Holistic Trauma Therapist for AANHPI/BIPOC Communities
I am a licensed therapist that works with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, life transitions, or just starting therapy for the first time and not sure what to expect.. My passion is to support you through your journey towards mental well-being.
I take a whole-person approach, which means we don't just talk about what's going on in your head. We look at how your mind and body are connected, because that's usually where lasting change actually happens. We'll work through what's in front of you now, but also what came before it, so the changes we make actually stick.
Together, we will navigate your challenges, address any past traumas, and strive towards finding genuine fulfillment and lasting happiness.
